These are Peerless Handcuffs, so they're great as expected. My one concern is that they began to show a small amount of rust before I really got a change to use them. I've had them for about a month on a back-up duty belt stored away in the handcuff pouch. To get rid of the rust I just applied a small amount of oil and now I have them in actual use as apposed to my back up belt and the rust hasen't returned. They were in great condition when I received them and they came in the time guaranteed...
