Cressi Panoramic Wide View Mask with Dry Snorkel Set, Yellow Review

We put these mask and snorkel sets to the test in the warm waters off the coast of Puerto Rico. They performed amazingly well! The field of vision was fantastic - surprising for such a small looking mask! After almost 4 hours of snorkeling, neither of us had the sore "mask ring" that generally comes from extended use. In fact, we didn't even have the ring at all.
The skirting is just as soft and supple as it can be!

My husband has a very thin face and facial hair, and I have a long rather square face. We were both able to wear these masks with no problems.
My husband had a slight leakage problem with his at first, over his lip. We figures this might be because of the facial hair. Once he learned how to suck in to get a tight seal, all was well. I never had any issues with either of them.

The snorkel was just amazing. As soon as the water covered the top of the snorkel, it would close off- but you can still breath out if you are so inclined. It took me a few attempts to trust that it wouldn't fill with water, so I blew out very forcefully when going underwater or surfacing. I learned that this wasn't needed, so continued on with my exploration without having to worry about it. The mouthpiece is very soft and comfortable, without that nasty "plastic" taste so many of them seem to have. It never bothered my teeth, gums or lips as many other brands of snorkels have in the past.

We used our sets for a week on vacation, and never had a complaint!
Be sure to rinse well with fresh water after each use. The mask comes with a nice hard case for storage, but leave it at home if flying. It takes up valuable space. The set is nice and pliant, and packs wonderfully in a small suitcase.

this cover is still going strong, showning no visible signs of wear. i have a portion over the hot tub (101 degrees) and another over the larger portion of my swim spa (80 degrees). i do follow instructions to NOT use the cover directly after adding chemicals. I circulate the chemicals (clorine once a week) for 15 minutes before covering.

i wasn't expecting seams (multiple smaller covers glued?/melted? together), rather a one-piece item. however this cover is holding up just fine showing no sign of the seams seperating. excellent heavy weight. well worth the cost.

The smaller sizes didn't require tying as they have a toggle lace. The shoe fit his foot which is considered average - though his foot was too wide for sketchers. It was sturdy and a great mud shoe. First of all...these run on the small side. I'm an 8.5 to size 9 and I ordered a 9. I put them on and realized I may have needed a size 9.5 except then they would have been to big. When you purchase these wear them around the house for at least 20 minutes before hitting the dance floor to make sure they're going to be a good fit for you.
