I already had the Step with only one riser and really enjoyed it. I had reached a point were I really didn't feel challenged any more. I purchased the double because now my kids can "workout" with me on the lower step (thus eliminating one of my excuses). This workout, done 3 - 4 times per week takes only 30 min for cardio step and 15 min for abs. Just saw my doctor and he said he had never seen anyone raise good chol., lower bad chol. and improve lipids/tryg. without medication in his career like I have done (he's a semi-retired older dr.). I'm 39 and hope to continue this regimine for many many years to come.

I bought the "Carbon" color and my only gripe is that it looks darker in the picture than it actually is. The actual color is a dark silver carbon look. I really wanted a black carbon look and because of that I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Other than that, it's a good helmet. Nice and light. The best part is that it's really easy to adjust to fit your head just right. I wasn't sure if I should buy a Medium or a Large. If you are in between those two sizes as well then go with the large and you can easily adjust it down.

Gotta face it - If I want a shirt to block UV rays it's not going to breathe like loosely woven cotton. This shirt compensates very well, though, with ventilation. It's awesome. There are strips of mesh venting that run up the sides of the shirt and continue around and down the insides of the sleeves. It's the best ventilated shirt I've seen yet. I was amazed when I discovered the venting because I couldn't see it until I looked closely. Best uses: Hot & dry, or cool weather regardless of humidity. My dad had some Coleman gear when I was a kid about 40 years ago, but I haven't gone camping in those intervening decades, so had no idea what had happened with the legendary Coleman name in all this time.

As soon as I pulled this stove out of its carefully-packed box I could see that they still were building high-quality equipment.

The stove sets up within a couple of minutes, and provides a very stable base. Stability is of paramount importance if you're going to use it in reality-based situations (instead of on the back porch) because nature is not flat nor smooth in most places.

In a disaster or other emergency things are dark, confused and in a huge mess, one of the last things you need is for some of your dwindling food supply to topple over while the stove happily starts your shelter on fire. That will not happen with this Coleman stove on the ground.

The two gas valves are large for precise flame control and have a silky feel to them. The "off" position cinches the valves down tight.

The lid and side wind shields hook together and stay that way until you want them to come apart. The chrome grill comes off easily for cleaning.

Propane for this stove is inexpensive and readily available at our local stores. You can disconnect a partially-used propane cylinder and use it again later.

I got this one to add to our emergency gear for when the next power outage hits, wish I'd done it two outages ago.
