This review is a little hard for me to tell the truth. First I must say that if you buy one and are lucky
enough to get one that does not leak you should be happy with it. Originally my wife bought two.
both of us have bad backs, we are older. For us this bed helped a lot. Unfortunately we had problems with the bed leaking and getting the order completed. These were sold by Amazon from windyCity.com. When we purchased two the first time only one arrived. Thinking it was a back order problem we set it aside and waited for the second one for a week. I finally after reading the packing slip carefully realized the packing slip said 2 shipped and the weight of shipment corresponded to only one. I then called Windycity and they realized the mistake and shipped a second one. Unfortunately once it came we gave away our bed to some college kids that needed one. They were sleeping on the floor waiting. The problem started when we blew them up. We actually blew the first one we received for my wife( it had been with us a sufficient lenght of time in the warm house) and I waited two days and slept on the couch while the new one warmed up. My wife was very happy with it. So I inflated mine as directed; later that night it felt very soft I thought nothing much about it figured it was stretching out and blew it back up. The pump is built in that is a very good feature. However in the morning I was on the floor. After searching I found a small leak and patched it with the kit they include. I blew it up again and it seemed ok for a while but by evening it was obvious it was still leaking somewhere else. Try as I might I could not find the leak. After debating with trying to call WindyCity and have to return it if they would take it and from other reviews it seemed pretty hopeless. I ordered a third one because I needed the bed quickly and I could not stand the forever back and forth emails and phone calls and shipping it back. It was easier to just get a new one. The last one I ordered came and it was fine, no problems, my back is great. That would have been end of story but Amazon asked me to do a review on the bed and several other things witch never was posted. Instead I get WindyCity emailing me saying I only bought one from them and to retract the review. And if they made a mistake "Well so be it" was the response. I emailed them back and told them what had happened I said as long as the question has been raised as to my honesty and all you could make it right by sending me a new one I'd keep as a spare or pay me back for the flat piece of plastic with a hole in it. I have waited more then a week and they have not answered. So in the end I had to buy three bed to get two. One showed up then the second then a third.
