This is a pretty solid pistol buffer tube, with a short (~4" long) foam sleeve to fit over it, a standard weight carbine buffer weight, carbine spring, sling plate, and stock nut. The included sling plate is a bit meh, but that is more due to personal perference than build quality. This buffer tube has the enlarged outer diameter along its full length to prevent a mil-spec or commercial sized stock from sliding over. My buffer tube also has a bit of an extended lip on the bottom near the buffer retaining pin, to allow for wear and prevent carrier tilt. Ran about 200 rounds through this with a SR556 piston upper, and it ran like a champ, with a few small scuffs - no abnormal wear to speak of. I strongly recommend this.
