I bought this helmet for my 14 year old daughter about 6 months ago. She really loves the design and the way it fits her head. The problem is that the glue used to hold the pads inside the helmet is either defective or of poor quality. 2 of the pads have fallen out of the helmet and another is barely hanging on. When you look at the glue it looks like it is loosing it's "stickiness" for lack of a better word. Return to Amazon is only good for 60 days so buyer beware. The design and weight of the helmet is excellent but we have 2 Easton helmets that she has had for over 2 years and they still are completely functional with no problems in the pads falling out. Maybe I just got a bad one. I never write reviews but as a travel ball dad that is constantly spending money on my kids sports hobby, I felt compelled to tell the other softball dads out there about this product.
