These shoes are as described. Great cushioning from heel to toe. I am a plus size so the impact absorbtion is awesome. Something I have not experienced with any other fitness shoe. No need to break these in. I bought these for a triathlon. I rec'd them a short time before the triathlon and wore them during the event. My feet were not tired or aching. Nor did I have any rubbing or blisters.They feel lighter in weight but yet provide the stability my ankle and feet need. I love them and recommend them.
