Machined, heat-treated steel safety selector puts oversized levers on both sides of the receiver for easy ambidextrous operation. Large surface area lets you operate the safety while wearing gloves, and eliminates fumbling in the dark. Pads are deeply grooved for an ultra-secure grip under stress or when hand is wet. Can be customized by positioning the larger pad on either side of the receiver, or by applying high-visibility paint. Mounting hardware included.

I have an ambidextrous safety on an AR! As a lefty shooter who spent time in the Marines and is now in LE, I can't tell you how nice this thing is to have. One of the nicest parts of this is BAD actually makes it so you can change the selector levers on BOTH sides, and have many to choose from.
Install was a breeze, however I was installing on a brand new stripped lower so I didn't have to remove the handgrip. Comes with the detent and spring. Works flawlessly, I didn't get any of the wiggle or shimmy in my lower that other reviewers described, nor does it rub on my lower anywhere.
Love it so much, I'll be ordering another for my duty rifle once I get our armorers approval. Great AR upgrade for lefties, even those who aren't... you never know when you may need to shoot off hand!
