I have 3 pairs of Realflex shoes - 2 Scream and 1Scream 2.0. All three are great. Length wise they are pretty close to size. If you like lots of room, go a size up but even your normal size will give you plenty of toe room. They are a bit narrow so anyone who needs extra width should pass. There is no extreme arch so they feel good even on my semi-flat foot. The insoles are very comfortable and last a long time. My first pair are a year old and I still think they feel great. I run a few miles a day in addition to working out.

The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because a seam on the inner part near the top can rub the wrong way if you don't lay the tongue flat and lace good. Overall, very minor issue. I work these shoes pretty hard and they hold up just great. I'm looking into my 4th pair now because eventually all things get discontinued and I do not want to be stuck without a pair.
