We got these for a small workout room. They are not Olympic size. If you are trying to use them for Olympic lifts as a substitute for rubber weights they are a bit too small. The sizes mirror normal weight sizes. What we really like are the handles. We uses them almost like kettlebells or medballs. They have been great for that. You can grab the handles with one or two hands and do plenty of swinging and twisting movements with just the plate. Easy, transportable and much cheaper than KB or Medballs for what you can do with them.
