This shoe is amazing! Solid in the heal! I don't feel like my foot or ankle is going anywhere and that is always a plus. As I am flat footed this shoe was my first step in heading down the barefoot route. I myself personally don't like the feel of rocks jabbing the heck out of my foot and this shoe was perfect and as minimalist as I will ever go.I am first and foremost a trail runner and often need a shoe that is responsive and firm and this shoe is just that! light as a feather and strong like my brooks cascadias. I do prefer these though! Super light well defined, the color is great and they are comfortable. As I said I am flat footed so a shoe like this is "supposed" to be a huge NO for me but I have no pain in my back ankles knees or hips. I do recommend this product. Willy buy again. I have logged 60miles so far and they still feel great. No tears or weak stitching...so heck yea. BUY THIS SHOE and toss the nikes!
