This was part of a bicycling accessory birthday package from my wife. I'd always wanted to have a nice pair of these for long rides, as I'd experienced numbness and loss of feeling in some rather important body parts.

My experience having logged 150 miles in them so far:

PROS:
- Don't cause you to exude the "biker guy" image
- Once you get used to the extra material between your legs, they're reasonably comfy.
- Numerous and spacious pockets, smartly placed
- Smart integration of liner and outside shell
- Zipper lining, as well as other material, seems high quality
- Easy to clean

CONS:
- Depending on the shape of your rump, the padding is a little noticeable from the back, when not on a bike.
- The extra layers naturally cause your body to be a bit warmer.

2. If you're debating buying these because you just got into cycling and are very sore after <10 mile rides, be aware that this soreness gradually goes away as you bike more frequently. It's natural.
